If you sell the property yourself, you pay NO ADDITIONAL FEES! If a Realtor sells your property, you pay only a 3% selling commission you would pay to ANY Realtor who sold your property. As part of your listing fee, we can help negotiate your contract if you would like, but this is optional and at no additional charge. If you are too busy or worried you will miss showing calls, we can have your property serviced by a professional appointment setting company for a very small fee. This will enable you to receive phone messages informing you of showings, PLUS email notification, and any feedback offered by Realtors. This is a simple $30 fee to cover our costs.
